Zonal, British Schools Trampoline Championships 2008/09 - Olympos Burgess Hill - Sat 17th January The second round of the British Schools Trampoline Championships.  Emma, although extremely nervious performed two nice routines and finished just outside of the top 10.  Under 13s Girls Novice Emma Tunbridge - 11th Having made it to the Zonal Round and finishing 11th, equates to having competed against over 500 competitors from schools all over the south of England.  Extremely well done Emma.

South East Region, British Schools Trampoline Championships 2008/09 - Olympos Burgess Hill - Sat 7th December Five girls from the Abbey School and one from Pilgrims Way competed in the Regional Schools Trampoline Championship.  All did extremely well.  In the under 13's category there were 109 competitors.  Emma Tunbridge made it through to the second round being Zonal Schools. Under 11s Girls Novice Hannah Amos - 6th - Pilgrims Way Primary School Under 13s Girls Novice Emma Tunbridge - 3rd - The Abbey School Ashley Wynn - 6th- The Abbey School Ruby Smith - 24th- The Abbey School Maisie Henderson - 39th- The Abbey School Under 15s Girls Novice Gaby Henderson - 32nd- The Abbey School Well done to all the girls.  They should be proud of what they acheived.

Club I Competiton - On Sunday 30th November, 5 members of Aire Trampoline Club were up early and at Jumpers Rebound Center first thing to compete in their first competition.  All did extremely well with the results shown below. U13 Girls Brook Harrison - 8th Maisie Henderson - 5th Megan Eastes - 3rd Under 13 Girls Team Event - The above three came 2nd U15 Girls Hannah Jackson - 5th Rosie Bradley - 2nd Well done to all of them.

County H Competition - Sunday 30th November also saw 12 members from the club compete in their first competition since the changes to the Competition Scheme in October 2008.  All 12 had to learn new routines for the competition.  The club is extremely proud of how all 12 gymnats performed.  The results can be seen below.
